100NJ-485 Thick Slurry Pump
NJ series thick slurry pump is a new generation of high efficiency and energy saving, wear-resistant and corrosion resistant products developed by our company on the basis of many years of slag slurry pump design and production, absorbing the latest scientific and technological knowledge at home and abroad.Widely used in metallurgy, coal, mining, building materials, chemical industry and other industries to transport high concentration, high viscosity slag slurry, pump in the allowable working pressure (≦3.6MPa) range can be used in series at multiple levels.
• Adopt the latest modern design theory and optimization design method (integrated application of CAD, CFD, CAPP and other technologies) to ensure excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear;
• Structural design, compared with the ordinary slurry pump, the inlet diameter of the pump is larger, the number of impeller blades is reduced, and the inducer is added to ensure that the pump has excellent cavitation performance and the ability to transport high viscosity and high concentration slurry;
• Wide flow channel, good anti-blocking performance;
• Adopt impeller packing combination seal or mechanical seal to ensure no leakage of slag slurry;
• The application of reliability design technology ensures that the mean time between failure (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved;
• The metric bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the lubrication and cooling system is reasonably set to ensure that the bearing runs at the best temperature;
• Pump inlet and outlet flanges are produced according to the current national standard, which is convenient for pipeline installation;
• The pump mainly uses direct transmission mode, with high transmission efficiency.According to the needs of users can also use the belt transmission mode;
The flow parts are made of special alloy which won the second prize of provincial science and technology achievement, and have good wear and corrosion resistance.
